HIRING ASAP FOR LANDSCAPE CREW POSITIONS
Full and Part-time positions are available.
Experienced preferred, but we are willing to train!
Superior Ground Maintenance, LLC in Oakville, Connecticut, seeks individual(s) to fill positions on our mowing and landscape crews. Superior Ground Maintenance, LLC has been in commercial and residential property maintenance since 1981. These positions include a wide range of property maintenance & landscaping work. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required, depending on workload and weather. We seek career-minded individuals who can work as a team and have a strong work ethic.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Weekly mowing service.
- Cleaning up commercial properties.
- Installation of plants and flowers.
- Bed maintenance.
- Mulching & pruning.
- Seasonal cleanups.
- Snow plowing, snow shoveling, and removal in the winter months.

General Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willing to train.
- Applicants also must be able to use a wide range of mowing & landscape equipment safely and proficiently daily.
- Reliable transportation to work.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Be able to follow instructions and work well with others.
- Able to work longer hours and Saturdays, depending on the workload and weather conditions.

Pay: Based on experience
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Landscape Maintenance -willing to train.
- Snow Plowing-willing to train.
